2. Quotes & Estimates

• All quotes and estimates provided by Smart Home Path are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Quotes are based on the scope of work described at the time of assessment. Changes to project scope may result in revised pricing and timelines.
• Any additional work not included in the original scope will be quoted separately and requires customer approval before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement or contract.
• We accept payment via check, credit card, and other methods as agreed upon in your service agreement.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

4. Scheduling & Access

• Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas during scheduled service times.
• If pets are present in the home, they must be safely secured away from work areas for the protection of both our team and your pets.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• We provide warranty coverage on our workmanship as specified in your individual service agreement.
• Manufacturer warranties on equipment and devices are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
• Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
